British IKAR Holdings, WCT India, and PX DEV Nordic have agreed to purchase equity shares in Indian Hospital

United Kingdom, 23rd Oct 2023 – IKAR Holdings, a London-based multi-tiered entrepreneurial group of companies, along with the Indian WCT Group and PX DEV Nordic, has signed a joint venture agreement with Chazhikattu Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. (CMS) located in Kerala, India

The parties have agreed that IKAR, WCT Group, and PX DEV Nordic will acquire a significant stake in the hospital with the mutual aim of expanding its capacity, providing state-of-the-art technology and medical equipment, senior care/rehabilitation, and medical well-being, while also bringing globally renowned medical doctors on board.

The total investment is set at 50 million Euros.

This move represents the first step in the overall strategy of IKAR and WCT Group, in collaboration with WPP Energy, World Power Production, to establish a globally operating hospital group spanning from Asia to Europe.

The mutual agreement was signed yesterday by representatives of the parties at the hospital’s premises in Kerala, India.
