Hertz Lithium announces intentions to acquire Canuck Lithium

Hertz Lithium CEO Kal Malhi joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company The company has entered into a share exchange agreement with Canuck Lithium Corp, positioning Hertz Lithium to acquire 100% ownership of Canuck Lithium.

Canuck Lithium is focused on lithium exploration in Quebec, Canada, with its flagship project known as the AC/DC Project. Malhi provided an overview of Canuck Lithium Corp.'s AC/DC Project, highlighting its strategic location contiguous to Rio Tinto's optioned Kaanaayaa Lithium Project in the emerging hard rock lithium district of James Bay, Quebec.

The AC/DC Project spans 265 square kilometres and comprises 516 contiguous mineral claims. According to Malhi, there are approximately 135 historical references to pegmatite outcrops on the property that have never been evaluated or sampled for their lithium potential.

Malhi also shared with Proactive a significant highlight in its partnership with Penn State University to improve hardrock lithium extraction technologies. This environmentally friendly technology promises to revolutionize lithium extraction, making it more efficient and sustainable.
